About
Jessica has experience across a range of different sectors. She has previously completed rotations in the Firm’s Real Estate Disputes, Corporate, Private Client and Family teams. Jessica is currently seconded to our Geneva office and is working in our Global Private Client team.
Alongside her work, Jessica assists the Firm’s Pro Bono practice on our Windrush Legal Initiative, our Kids In Need of Defence (KIND) justice project and our Disability Benefit Appeals. Jessica also completed a two week secondment to the European Lawyers in Lesvos (ELIL) in Athens, Greece. ELIL provide free, independent legal assistance to asylum seekers and refugees in Greece and Poland.
Jessica is studying for her LLB in Legal Practice at The University of Law and will qualify as a solicitor in 2026.
Experience
- Assisting on various corporate transactions including private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and capital market transactions.
- Assisting high net worth individuals with their UK lifetime tax planning. Drafting complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and trust documentation.
- Acting for clients on disputes relating to commercial and residential property.
- Acting for clients on all aspects of family law, including relationship breakdown and divorce, financial disputes, private children law, and nuptial agreements.
