About
Jana completed a two-year training contract with the Firm, completing seats in Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Dispute Resolution and a client secondment to Actis. Jana attained her undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and later completed the PGDL (Law Conversion) at the University of Law.
Experience
Since qualifying, Jana has developed a broad commercial disputes practice encompassing claims involving fraud, misrepresentation, unfair prejudice, and breach of contract. Her work regularly involves complex, multi-party matters.
Jana’s practice also has an international dimension. She has advised on competition law matters in Bahrain, the enforcement of foreign judgments in the DIFC, and frequently manages proceedings in multiple forums.
