Isobel advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Isobel’s experience includes:
- Dealing with litigation in the Employment Tribunal.
- Reviewing and preparing workplace policies and staff handbooks.
- Drafting and advising on contracts of employment and settlement agreements.
Isobel completed her training contract at Charles Russell Speechlys and gained experience within the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution, Private Property, Immigration and Employment teams. Isobel also completed a six-month client secondment within the in-house legal team of an engineering company.
Isobel is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
