She has experience dealing with liquidations, administrations and bankruptcies and acts for a wide range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities and individuals. Heidi has dealt with a number of matters with a cross-border insolvency aspect and has experience dealing with tax evasion cases.

- Assisting office-holders in relation to investigations into cross-border insolvency matters involving several jurisdictions, including British Virgin Islands and the USA
- Acting for the Trustee in Bankruptcy to reach a settlement in the bankruptcy of a well-known music professional which included the negotiation of royalty payments
- Advising the Trustees of a charitable school trust on restructuring and negotiating with creditors to avoid being placed into administration
- Acting for successor practitioners in relation to bond claims and negotiating settlement agreements
