About
Hayley works in the Private Property team in the Guildford office and has a broad range of experience in residential property transactions, acting for individuals, overseas clients and companies. She also acts for private banks and borrowers in connection with their property financing requirements.
She works closely with the firm’s Banking and Matrimonial teams in a wide range of property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, high value transactions, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Hayley provides an efficient, professional and comprehensive service to her clients, always striving to ensure that their needs are met.
Experience
- Acting for high net worth individuals on the acquisition of the family home and various investment properties
- Dealing with complex transactions requiring specialised knowledge, including the acquisition of house boats, Grade II listed buildings, and sales of probate properties
- Representing local landlords in connection with several lease extensions for flats in the same block
