Hauwa is a Trainee Solicitor honing her skills within the Firm’s Private Wealth Disputes team. Her journey in law began with an undergraduate Law degree from the University of Hull, where she was awarded an Academic Scholarship, demonstrating early on her dedication and potential in the field. She continued to excel academically at the University of Birmingham, earning a Masters in International Law with the support of another Academic Scholarship.
With a solid academic foundation, Hauwa expanded her practical legal acumen by completing the Legal Practice Course coupled with a Masters in Business Management at the University of Law. Her educational path reflects a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the legal framework, both domestically and internationally.
Before joining the Firm, Hauwa accumulated valuable experience across various sectors. In the NHS, she adeptly handled responsibilities as a Legal and Information Governance Assistant, gaining insight into the regulatory and compliance aspects of healthcare law. Her role as a Programme Manager in the Technology industry further broadened her perspective, marrying legal considerations with technological advancements and project management.
Hauwa has completed seats in our UK & International Private Client and Employment teams, where she has applied her knowledge and skills to real-world legal challenges. Now in the Private Wealth Disputes team, she is immersing herself in the complexities of wealth management, estate planning, and contentious trust and probate work.
With an anticipated qualification date of August 2025, Hauwa's diverse experiences and solid academic background position her to become a well-rounded Solicitor.

- Preparing complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust instruments.
- Drafting Employment Contracts, Settlement Agreements and supporting on Employment Tribunal Litigation.
- Supporting on cross border Trusts litigation, Probate Disputes and Court of Protection work.
