Hasan is an Associate in the Financial Services Regulation & Funds team. He completed a two-year training contract with the Firm, which included a six-month client secondment to Morgan Stanley. Prior to commencing his training contract, Hasan spent ten months in the Funds legal team at a multinational asset management company in London.
Hasan is an active member of the Firm’s Sports, AI, and Crypto Core groups. He also leads the Firm’s football team, organising matches against key clients and intermediaries.
In addition to his role at the Firm, Hasan serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Arab Lawyers Association, where he also sits on the Board of Directors.
Hasan is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
