About

Harriet qualified as a solicitor in July 2023 and acts for clients from a variety of sectors: large corporations, developers, commercial and residential landlords and tenants, large land owners of estates, charities and high net worth individuals. Harriet advises on a wide range of contentious property issues, including arrears recovery from both commercial and residential tenants, insolvency issues, dilapidations, break rights and commercial lease renewals.

Harriet is a committee member of the Junior Property Litigation Association in the South-West and South-Wales and a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Harriet is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
