Hannah’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and other corporate transactional work. She advises clients in a range of industry sectors including Real Estate and Construction, Financial Services and Aviation.
Hannah is a US-qualified lawyer and a member of the New York State Bar. Prior to her admission to the New York State Bar, she worked as a paralegal in the transportation and corporate practices of international law firms in Singapore.
She is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore.
Experience
- Advised ST Engineering on the formation of Juniper Aviation Investments, a joint venture between ST Engineering and Temasek Holdings
- Advised an investee Singapore company with a business in Myanmar on its fundraising, shareholders’ agreement and related matters
- Advised an Australian private equity firm on its strategic investment in a Singapore business
- Advised a major Swiss bank on the secured financing of corporate jets for various clients
- Advised Total Engine Asset Management on the transfer of a portfolio of 30 aircraft engines as part of Asia’s first engine asset-backed securitisation
