Experience
- Advised and provided support on the sale of Babcock International Group’s aerial emergency service businesses in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Sweden and Finland to Ancala Partners for a gross cash consideration of €136.2m.
- Advised and provided support on the sale of Oil & Gas Aviation business of Babcock International Group to CHC Group for cash consideration of £10m.
- Advised and provided support on the sale of Babcock International Group’s shareholding in AirTanker Holdings Limited to Equitix Investment Management for cash consideration of £126m.
- Advised on all aspects of the procurement, subcontract, infrastructure, and training arrangements relating to the Military Flying Training System for which Babcock International Group provides the ground-based training equipment and the engineering, infrastructure, construction, IT and facilities management services to support the delivery of the fixed wing training capability.
- Advised a fintech start-up company on its partnership agreements with major financial institutions which provided committed capital to further extend the company’s lending capability.
- Advised a London based healthcare clinic on various commercial and corporate matters.
