Guillaume also assists his clients with governance matters, shareholder disputes, the structuring of complex financings, and the implementation of management packages.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Guillaume holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He began his career at Charles Russell Speechlys in 2015 and was promoted to Of Counsel in 2023.
