Guillaume is a Partner in the "Corporate - M&A – Private Equity" practice group of Charles Russell Speechlys.
Guillaume started his career as a lawyer at Charles Russell Speechlys in 2015 and was promoted as a Counsel in 2023.
Guillaume advises private companies and investors in their strategic capital transactions in France, including mergers and acquisitions, LBO and venture capital transactions.
Guillaume is admitted to the Paris bar. He graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 in Business Law).
