He advises private companies and investors on their strategic capital transactions in France, including mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, and venture capital deals.
Guillaume also assists his clients with governance matters, shareholder disputes, the structuring of complex financings, and the implementation of management packages.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Guillaume holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He began his career at Charles Russell Speechlys in 2015, was promoted to Of Counsel in 2023 and to Partner in 2025.
