Other work undertaken includes completion of the annual report, personal tax returns and associated applications to the Court including for a Statutory Codicil or Will as well as liaison with local authorities, care agencies and medical professionals.
In addition, Grainne deals with the management and administration of private Trusts including charities and the administration of Estates. The work undertaken includes the routine day to day administration and also preparation of annual accounts, completion of inheritance tax forms, liaison with auditors, independent examiners, trustees and executors, completion of tax returns, dealing with donations and distributions, completing annual returns and updating the Charity Commission website. Grainne has experience of dealing with ATED and non-resident CGT returns.
