Glenn Bull, Senior Associate
Glenn specialises in construction, property and real estate development law. He joined the firm in 2014 and has particular expertise across the GCC.
Over his career, Glenn has been advising employers, developers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants on various projects throughout the GCC, northern Africa, London and Australia. This includes drafting large scale construction contracts, procurement tenders, consultancy agreements, PPP’s, various service and supply contracts as well as advising on a range of construction disputes.
Glenn has also advised on a number of large residential, commercial and mixed use developments, the purchase and sale of sports grounds and facilities, hotel management agreements, complex sales and acquisitions for both domestic and international investors and large commercial leasing matters – particularly with a development focus. During his time in the Middle East, Glenn has also advised on community structuring aspects in relation to large master-planned developments.
- Glenn has in-house experience having worked for Damac in Dubai, a rail operator in Australia and has been on secondment with a Qatari State entity that is undertaking several large developments in the region.
- Glenn’s expertise in construction law includes having undertaken various construction management subjects at a masters level, including Project Management, Project Evaluation, Time Scope & Cost, Risk Evaluation & Assessment and Construction Studies. This practical knowledge of the industry gives Glenn the unique ability to focus on finding practical outcomes and commercial solutions for his clients.
