About
Before joining the firm, Giovanni gained one year of experience at a prestigious boutique law firm in Turin, specialising in corporate, insolvency and banking law. He graduated from the University of Turin, completing a dual Italo-French programme that included one year of Erasmus studies and a thesis abroad project with the University of Nancy, building expertise in comparative corporate law. Giovanni is also an alumnus of the Hague Academy of Private International Law. He is fluent in Italian, French and English.
