Francis is a partner in the construction, engineering and projects team, specialising in major projects. He has substantial experience on high value schemes both in the UK and overseas and regularly advises on accommodation, leisure and infrastructure projects, including major residential buildings, luxury hotels, purpose-built student accommodation, stadia, shopping centres and renewable energy projects and infrastructure using a wide range of procurement strategies. He has particular expertise in sustainable development and BIM.
