About

With over nine years of experience, Etidal has extensive experience in policy development, regulatory frameworks, and legal consultancy across the Middle East. She has played a pivotal role in guiding government entities through complex regulatory landscapes and various development initiatives.

Etidal’s practice has been particularly focused on the mega projects and initiatives of Saudi Arabia, providing strategic legal advice on relevant frameworks. Her expertise covers a diverse range of sectors, including industry, tourism, culture, justice, the judiciary, real estate, and finance, contributing significantly to the completion of a number of transformative projects.

In addition to her regulatory experience, Etidal also specialises in arbitration, representing clients in high-value disputes and complex cases within the construction and finance sectors, involving multi-million-dollar claims. Etidal also advises clients on intellectual property law and has defended prominent clients in significant trademark and patent litigations.

Etidal received her LBB from University of Jordan. She is also a member of the Jordan Bar Association. 

She is fluent in Arabic and English.

Experience

  • Advised on the legal frameworks for several mega-city projects in the Middle East, involving thorough research into existing regulatory frameworks and the drafting and refinement of new legislation to ensure compliance and bolster the strategic objectives of these developments.
  • Advised on multiple reform Programs aligned with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.
  • Advised a Saudi government entity on the development of a sustainable tourism cluster framework, focusing on legal analysis and the implementation of a particular provision within the Tourism Law.
  • Advised a Middle Eastern government entity on the review, analysis, and enhancement of the Press and Publication Law, as well as the Audiovisual and Broadcasting Law.
