Emma advises a wide range of clients on issues such as riparian ownership, breaches of covenant, boundary disputes, adverse possession and property insolvency.

Emma has also acted for landlords and tenants on matters such as lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, collecting rent and possession actions.

Emma Darwish is admitted to practice in England and Wales.

  • Acting for wagamama in its successful defence of a claim brought against it in respect of a conditional Agreement for Lease.
