Ellen is an Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

About

Ellen advises a range of individual and corporate clients in relation to a wide variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contracts, civil fraud and professional negligence. Ellen’s work involves High Court and County Court litigation but she also has experience of resolving disputes through arbitration and mediation.

Ellen is a member of the Firm’s regulatory and financial crime teams. She advises clients in relation to investigations and prosecutions brought by regulators such as the Financial Conduct Authority, Fire Authorities and the Pensions Regulator. She also advises professionals and individuals in relation to financial crime such as fraud. 

Ellen also advises on media disputes, including defamation, privacy, reputation management and phone hacking.

Ellen is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
