Eleanor advises on a range of corporate work including mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, group reorganisations and joint ventures, as well as general corporate law and advisory issues.
Eleanor is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
Prior to qualifying, Eleanor spent two years training in the firm’s London and Guildford offices, completing seats in Commercial Dispute Resolution, Private Wealth Disputes and UK Private Client.
Experience
Eleanor attained her undergraduate degree in Classics at the University of Durham and her Masters degree in Classics at Brasenose College, University of Oxford. She later completed her GDL and her LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.
