Edyta advises emerging and established fund managers on the structuring and establishment of closed-ended alternative investment funds, and in particular private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure funds. She also advises on internal incentive arrangements and the investment management agreements.
She has advised on the raising of funds based in the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, and Luxembourg.
Edyta also acts for institutional investors, foundations, and family offices on their proposed investments in alternative investment funds.
She has worked with the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) on a model limited partnership agreement.
She spent three months on secondment in the asset & wealth management legal team at Schroders.
Edyta is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
