With nearly 10 years’ experience, Edouard has extensive expertise in advising corporate groups and investment funds. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at several law firms, including a leading French firm in Paris, focusing on general corporate transactions, private equity, and M&A.
Edouard holds a specialised Master/LL.M. in Law and International Management from HEC Paris. He is fluent in French and English.
He is admitted to practise in Paris.
