With more than 10 years’ experience, Edouard has extensive expertise in advising corporate groups and investment funds. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at several law firms in Paris, including a leading French firm, focusing on general corporate transactions, private equity, and M&A.
Edouard holds a specialised Master/LL.M. in Law and International Management from HEC Paris. He is fluent in French and English.
Edouard is admitted to practise in France and in Luxembourg.
