Dinara’s work focuses on cross-border matters, including structuring and simplifying holdings across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. She also supports clients with investment structuring, including private equity arrangements and treaty structures, and advises on the tax aspects of transactions.
She holds an LL.M. from the State University of New York and is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University. She is admitted in Connecticut and New York and is fluent in Russian.
