Diane assists both national and international clients on a wide range of corporate law and investment fund issues. Her corporate law practice includes company formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and capital market matters. She also focuses on the structuring, setting-up and marketing of investment funds in regulated and non-regulated vehicles.
Diane speaks English, German and French, and is admitted to practise in Luxembourg.
