David is a part of the commercial Real Estate team having recently completed his training contract externally. David was also a paralegal in an external commercial property team for just over three years and during his time has experienced four areas of practice: Real Estate, Commercial, Corporate and Employment.
David advises on a range of landlord and tenant matters with a particular focus on the office, retail and leisure sectors. David also acts on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property interests.
Experience
- Advising Stonegate Pub Company Limited on asset management matters and the acquisition and disposal of properties.
- Acting for seller in the sale and leaseback of a portfolio of 140 properties across the UK (value £98 million).
- Acting for seller on disposal of portfolio of retail assets (value £25 million).
- Advising on asset management of large national UK shopping centre for institutional client.
