David advises individuals, trustees, private banks and others on the establishment and reorganisation of efficient legal structures for the protection of, and succession to, private wealth. He has particular expertise on the UK tax treatment of such structures and reorganisations, and works closely with advisers in other jurisdictions to produce the best overall results. He also advises on the design and tax-efficient funding of philanthropic arrangements.
David is co-author with James Riby of the UK chapter of a tax and legal guide for internationally mobile individuals which has been published in association with STEP under the title: Global Mobility of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals. Click here for an extract.
