About

David is an Associate solicitor in our Firm’s Real Estate Disputes team. 

He deals with a broad range of real estate disputes but his work frequently includes property finance and secured lending disputes; property insolvency; and property related professional negligence claims. 

David also has experience advising commercial landlords and tenants, and dealing with real property issues such as trespass, easements and restrictive covenants. He also acts in more general business litigation, including partnership disputes where property is a key part of the dispute.

David is admitted to practise in England and Wales and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

  • Confidential client – acting for a lender seeking to recover c.£4m in respect of an unpaid unsecured development finance loan.
  • Confidential client – advising Middle East-based property development client in respect of multiple professional negligence claims.
  • Confidential client – acting for a property investor in c.£10m+ professional negligence claim against a conveyancer in connection with flawed advice.
