David provides guidance and legal advice to the Firm, mainly the HR and Central Management teams on employee relations and employment law.
David was our former Director of Human Resources, however, has been with the firm for many year. Prior to becoming Director of Human Resources, David was a Partner and Employment lawyer within the firm, having set up the Employment Group and Headed it for many years. He provided advice on all aspects of employment law to both large and small employers, domestic and international.
He also specialises in recruitment and termination issues for senior executives, including setting up incentive schemes and ensuring the client's business is protected.
He is recognised by the leading legal directories for his commercial and pragmatic advice and is an active member of the Employment Lawyer's Association. He is an accredited CEDR mediator.
