About

Daniel is a knowledge development lawyer for the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division, working as part of the wider firm knowledge team. Daniel's role includes preparation of precedents and online practice tools, providing technical training to fee earners and keeping the teams up to date with the latest legal developments.

Daniel is admitted to practice in England & Wales.

Experience

As a fee earner, Daniel's practice focussed on contentious insolvency acting predominantly for IPs, directors, creditors and HNWIs across the full spectrum of insolvency matters. Daniel also dealt with high value, complex commercial litigation, particularly, with those with a crossover between civil fraud and insolvency.
