About

Throughout my career, I have advised some of the world's best known companies on complex, sensitive, and high-profile issues. I mainly act for employers but also advise management teams and "C-suite" executives. Clients tell me that they appreciate my commercial focus and ability to quickly grasp the big picture.

I have over 20 years’ experience, the majority of which was gained working with large US law firms.  I frequently work as co-counsel with a number of the leading US firms in London.  

Additionally, I have a particular interest in legal technology and have served on a number of boards.

I am admitted to practise in England and Wales.

  • Advising technology business on business protection arrangements for partner level employees around the world.
  • Advising global investment bank on sale of non-core business and integration of substantial new division into London operations.
  • Advising global brand on immediate response to “me too” allegations which posed an existential threat to the business.
  • Boardroom dispute for technology business in dispute with founder CEO.
  • Advising global fashion brand on employment aspects of acquisition of global eyewear business.
  • Advising a shipping broker on its day-to-day matters including business protection in the UK and key markets around the world.
