Dalal supports the knowledge and training needs of fee earners in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution division of Charles Russell Speechly LLP.

About

Dalal is a Knowledge Development Lawyer, which is a senior position in the firm equivalent to Senior Associate. Her role includes preparing precedents and online practice tools, providing technical training for fee earners and keeping the division up-to-date with the latest legal developments.

Dalal Alhouti is admitted to practise in Kuwait.

Experience

Dalal has substantial experience of advising on and managing a broad range of complex and multi-jurisdiction disputes across the Middle East as well as the UK. She has acted for financial institutions, shareholders, property developers, and hotel owners. She has also acted as co-arbitrator in an ICC arbitration concerning the sale of goods (London seat, Kuwaiti law).

Dalal has been an Assistant Editor for the Kluwer Arbitration Blog (Middle East coverage) and was the ICC YAF representative for Kuwait. She has published articles and co-authored chapters in practitioner texts concerning dispute resolution in the region.
