Courtney is an Associate in our Commercial team and is part of our Data Protection and Privacy practice.

About

Courtney is a Commercial associate who advises a broad range of clients on commercial contracts, including within the Retail and Technology sectors. She has particular expertise in data protection and AI, frequently supporting on data protection matters including data protection compliance projects, privacy notices, impact assessments, as well as data processing and data sharing agreements.

Courtney gained valuable experience during her two-year training contract in the firm’s Charities and Commercial teams, our Dubai office and on client secondment in the technology and data function of an investment bank.

Prior to joining the firm, Courtney worked at the legal technology firm Luminance and as a Paralegal at LexisNexis. Courtney obtained her undergraduate Law degree from King's College London and a Master in Law and Technology from Tilburg University. She later completed the Legal Practice Course and Master of Science in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.

Courtney is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
