She advises a broad range of transactions including general offers, fundraising and corporate restructurings, and supports clients throughout different stages of their business, including navigating significant transactions, managing regulatory obligations and addressing the full range of legal challenges that arise in the course of their operations.
Christy advises a diverse client base, including PRC state-owned enterprises and private companies, particularly in the financial services, healthcare and technology sectors.
Christy is admitted to practice in Hong Kong. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
