Christina is a qualified lawyer from Jordan, joining Charles Russell Speechlys as an Associate with a strong foundation in commercial practice, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance across the GCC. Christina has cultivated a diverse skill set that underscores her dedication to delivering exception client service and effectively navigating complex legal landscapes. Christina's practice has been particularly focused on advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including advising on corporate governance structures, board and management committee structures, as well as advising on cross border transactions. Furthermore, Christina has been involved in major regulatory projects and initiatives in Saudi Arabia and in Oman.

Christina is admitted to practise in Jordan.

  • Advised on a range of corporate governance matters for leading companies in the region. This involved advising on the corporate governance structure of a leading technology solutions company in the region.
  • Advised on the modernisation of a tax authority of a foreign jurisdiction. This involved reviewing and recommending changes to legislation, policies and processes.
  • Advised a KSA government entity in evaluating investment regulations and proposing customised modifications to align with specific requirements.
  • Assisted clients in implementing employee stock ownership plans.
  • Assisted the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on its Business Re-organisation Assessment Report for Jordan as published in 2022.
