Charlotte advises on all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, portfolio work, corporate support and property management. She has particular expertise in the retail and leisure and healthcare sectors.
Charlotte acts for a number of landlord and tenant clients in the retail and leisure sector and she is currently on secondment with Nike assisting their in-house real estate legal counsel on a range of real estate matters throughout EMEA. She has acted on a wide range of transactions spanning from single units to large portfolio transactions of dental practices, care homes and pharmacies.
Charlotte also has a particular interest in sustainability and green leases and is part of The Chancery Lane Project.
She completed multiple secondments with Nike assisting their in-house legal team with all real estate aspects of Nike’s portfolio across the EMEA region.
Charlotte is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
