Chandni is an Associate in our Firm's Real Estate Disputes team.

About

Chandni acts for a wide range of clients including developers, commercial and residential landlords, a large London estate, high net worth individuals and corporate occupiers.

She has acted on forfeiture and possession claims as well as advising in relation to covenant issues and trespass claims. 

Chandni also regularly advises on dilapidations, service charge disputes, insolvency issues and the termination of leases. Her recent experience includes acting for a large estate landlord opposing a service charge challenge in the First-Tier Tribunal. 

Chandni is admitted to practise in England and Wales and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
