Catherine has experience of a range of private client work and primarily works on probate matters and general estate administration. Catherine also assists with the drafting and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications for deputyships at the Court of Protection. She deals with lay and professional deputies assisting them with general day to day management of a client’s affairs under Deputyship Orders and the completion of Deputyship reports. Catherine has obtained the Graduate Diploma in Law.
