Carmen assists client with setting up different types of trusts, including family trusts, charitable trusts and employee benefits trusts. She also assists client with probate / estate administration, restructuring of existing trust structures and preparation of wills.
She is also a company secretary, and an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute and Administrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries respectively.
Carmen speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
