Cara acts on the acquisition, disposal, development and asset management of commercial property. She works across the office, retail, mixed use and life sciences sectors, including complex pre-letting agreements and commercial development sites. Cara also advises landowners on strategic land development sites.
Cara is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
Experience
- Acting for BioMed Realty on the pre-letting of BioMed@Babraham, a landmark 100,000 sq foot laboratory and office development at the Babraham Research Campus and advising on development and asset management at Granta Park, Cambridge, one of the UK’s top life science campuses.
- Advising the Howard de Walden Estate on a broad range of matters, including commercial acquisitions and disposals, retail, office and medical lettings, re-gears and leasehold enfranchisement.
- Acting for the Church Commissioners for England on strategic land development at sites across the country.
