Ben is a Trainee Solicitor currently on secondment to our Geneva office where he is completing his final seat in our Global Private Client team.
Ben is involved with Private Client matters including cross-border succession and tax planning and estate administration. He also works on family law matters relating to financial remedy proceedings, prenuptial agreements and international surrogacy arrangements. Ben has previously completed seats in our Private Wealth Disputes, Family and UK Private Client teams.
Prior to starting his training contract at our Guildford office, Ben studied Law at the University of Nottingham and completed his LLM at the University of Law. He previously worked in the Private Client department of a high street law firm, primarily supporting their probate practice.
