Bella is a dispute resolution lawyer specialising in civil fraud, financial crime and shareholder disputes. She advises corporates, financial institutions and high‑net‑worth individuals on complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters, often involving urgent interim relief and asset recovery.

Her practice spans fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, conspiracy, and contentious company disputes including unfair prejudice petitions. She has experience coordinating cross‑border investigations, working with forensic experts and overseas counsel, and managing proceedings in multiple forums.

Bella has a good working knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.

She is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
