With more than 15 years’ experience, Aziza focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, (re)structuring, and (re)financing.
She also has significant experience representing clients across industries in complex, cross-border disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, she held leadership positions at a major financial institution, a private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments, and a prominent consulting and technology services firm.
Aziza obtained an LL.M. from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, and a Master of Laws from Nancy University.
Aziza is a dual qualified lawyer (Luxembourg, England and Wales). She speaks French and English.
