Ayman advises on a broad range of corporate matters, particularly private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and venture and growth capital. He has also written a number of pieces discussing current topics in the areas of corporate, commercial and sport.

- Advising Puma Private Equity on a range of VCT and EIS qualifying investments and follow-on investments.
- Advising Thomas Sandgaard on the sale of Charlton Athletic Football Company Limited and Charlton Athletic Womens Football Club Limited, which were both acquired by SE7 Partners Limited.
- Adivising Atkins (part of the SNC-Lavalin Group) on the sale of its Scandinavian engineering services business to Systra Group.
- Advising Canadian-based Spin Master Corp, a leading global children’s entertainment company, on its acquisition of London-based Rubik’s Brand Ltd, the owner of the iconic Rubik's Cube®.
- Advising Fudco, a family-owned business selling South Asian ethnic foods in UK and Europe, on its sale to Vibrant Foods, a portfolio company of global private equity house Exponent.
- Advising the shareholders of award-winning technology company Zenkraft, Salesforce's leading parcel and return delivery solutions provider, on the sale of the company to Bringg, a delivery and fulfilment cloud platform provider.
- Advising one of the leading international art advisory and appraisal groups, Gurr Johns, on its acquisition of auctioneers, Forum Auctions.
- Advising Avalara (NYSE:AVLR), a leading provider of tax compliance automation software for businesses of all sizes, on the acquisition of Impendulo Limited, a London-based provider of insurance tax compliance services and software solutions.
- Advising TSX Venture Exchange listed mining company Hunt Mining Corp. on its recommended offer for AIM listed Patagonia Gold plc, by way of a court approved Scheme of Arrangement.
- Sitting in-house for a six-month secondment at Actis, a leading investor in growth markets across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
