She is especially experienced in construction dispute resolution having represented clients in adjudication, arbitration, and traditional court proceedings in New Zealand. - Acting on a defective building claim in the New Zealand High Court relating to a retirement village encompassing issues of passive fire, weathertightness and structural defects.
- Obtaining and defending summary judgments in the New Zealand High Court and District Court for unpaid payment claims and invoices.
