- Advised Puma Private Equity on its £3.5m investment into TravelLocal Limited, a leading online platform for tailor-made holidays that connects clients directly with local experts in their destination

- Advised the founders of N2O, an award-winning brand experience agency, on its acquisition by GLOBE GROUPE, the leading European group dedicated to shopper marketing.
- Advised AIM-listed Cake Box Holdings on its £22 million acquisition of Asian sweets brand Ambala Foods Limited.
