  • Advised Puma Growth Partners on its investment into Semeris, a legal AI specialist combing AI and human expertise to assist financial institutions streamline document analysis and compliance.
  • Advised US-based growth equity firm Mainsail Partners in its $63 million growth equity investment in MirrorWeb, a leader in the digital communications archiving, supervision and surveillance software space serving financial services firms, governments and other regulated industries across the globe.
  • Advised Nortal, the multinational strategic change and technology company, on its acquisition of Questers, which subsequently merged with Nortal’s daughter company pwrteams.
  • Advised Puma Private Equity on its £3.5m investment into TravelLocal Limited, a leading online platform for tailor-made holidays that connects clients directly with local experts in their destination
