Ariel is currently working in the Private Client team. She gained experience previously in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. She is dedicated to providing practical, client-focused legal solutions and has a particular interest in cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ariel obtained her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from King’s College London.
Ariel speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
