Ariel is gaining experience in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. She is dedicated to providing practical, client-focused legal solutions and has a particular interest in cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ariel obtained her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from King’s College London.
Ariel speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
