About
Anastasiya is Associate in the Corporate department of the Luxembourg office. She started her career in 2016 in the corporate department of one of the largest law firms in the jurisdiction, prior to joining our firm at the beginning of 2020.
Her areas of expertise are general corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on cross-border restructurings and acquisitions. She is fluent in French, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
She holds a Master II degree in “Banking and Financial Law” and a Magistere de Droit des Activités Économiques from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris), as well as a LLM degree (corporate concentration) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York).
Anastasiya is admitted to practice in Luxembourg.
