Alicia advises investment firms based both in the UK and offshore on UK and EU regulatory issues. She works with private wealth and fund managers as well as firms providing investment and banking services in the UK retail sector. She is involved in advising banks on the legal aspects of lending and issues arising from conduct of business requirements.
