Adeline has over 20 years of experience advising on all aspects of French family law. She specialises in matters arising from the breakdown of relationships, including separation or divorce, financial arrangements, and disputes involving children. Adeline has extensive expertise in French private law children matters. She is also highly experienced in cases involving international families and abductions. Additionally, Adeline advises on French marital agreements, as well as guardianship.
Adeline has worked on numerous cases in the French Court and has significant trial experience. As a family mediator, she is committed to helping clients resolve disputes outside the courts and is a strong advocate for alternative methods of dispute resolution, including mediation, where appropriate.
Having grown up, been educated, and started her practice in France, Adeline brings a unique perspective to cross-border family law matters through her international background.
Adeline is admitted to practise at the Paris Bar and is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong.
