    Zug

Zug is a leading hub for international business and private wealth, known for its tax efficiency and stability. It attracts international individuals and families, both global and local companies and innovative businesses managing complex personal and commercial affairs with a strong international dimension.

From our Zug office, we provide both UK and Swiss legal and tax services, with a strong focus on international matters. We advise individuals, family offices, fiduciaries, businesses and financial institutions. Our lawyers practise Swiss and English law and support clients with Swiss and UK taxation issues where matters cross borders.

Wealthy individuals and family offices rely on us for integrated private client and commercial advice, particularly where international structuring, long term planning and the protection of wealth are key considerations. This includes advice on personal and corporate taxation, cross border succession planning, trust and estate administration, corporate structuring, relocation planning and philanthropy. From our Zug office, we provide a number of notarial services to support both our corporate and private clients.

Our advice is practical and tailored, grounded in a clear understanding of your circumstances. Where matters involve other jurisdictions, we work closely with colleagues in Zurich, Geneva and across the Firm’s international network to build the right team around you. We work alongside you as trusted advisers, providing clear guidance and support that adapts as your needs evolve.

If you would like to discuss how we can help, please get in touch.
