    Nordics

Our Nordics Desk provides coordinated, cross-border support for clients investing into or operating across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.

Private capital plays a central role in the Nordic market, with a high concentration of entrepreneurial wealth, family-owned businesses and private investment structures driving both domestic and international activity. We advise entrepreneurs, family offices, investors and corporates across the full lifecycle of their activities — from investment and growth to succession and wealth structuring.

We combine local insight with international reach. Our teams work seamlessly across practice areas to support a wide range of client needs, from corporate transactions and disputes to private client matters. This integrated approach ensures clients receive commercially focused advice across jurisdictions, working closely with leading independent firms when local input is required.

A key strength of the desk is its relationship-led approach. We are committed to building long-term partnerships with both clients and international counterparts, enabling us to respond quickly and effectively to complex cross-border matters.

Our capability is further enhanced by lawyers with Nordic heritage and language skills, allowing us to deliver advice that is both culturally informed and practical. Together, this ensures a service that is technically strong and closely aligned with the expectations of Nordic clients and businesses.
